💡 How to Register a Nickname
To register a nickname, type the following command in your IRC client:
/msg NickServ REGISTER password email
Once you complete the command, you will receive an email with additional instructions to finalize the registration process.
⏳ Why Has My Nickname Expired?
Your nickname will expire 365 days after registration and verification if it remains inactive during this period.
- A temporary email address was used during registration and flagged as such.
- The nickname or email address was associated with abuse or violations of network rules.
To prevent your nickname from expiring, ensure you use a valid, permanent email address and log in regularly.
